Clapperboard rig features and how it works REVIEW:
Rig Version 0 / January 29, 2024 ( works with Maya 19+)
I tested with maya 2024 and should be working with 2017+ versions.
The picket not yet available but my previous rigs are working with dreamwell picker (Their instructions to use it are below)
I'm only did this picker because I want to speed up my animation workflow and I want to share with you all guys.
The picker file extension is ".json" and I use it with the Dreamwell UI picker that I founded here: https://github.com/DreamWall-Animation/dwpicker
Instructions:
1) Install dreamwell picker (instructions are in own website, that I put above)
2) Open the picker
3} Click on the "open" tab and find in your directory
4) A window pop up will apper asking you for an image background (with the folder content)
4.1) Click on the "B" tab to find the image
4.2)Only Open it the folder and "UPDATE"
5) The picker will works
FAQ:
1) Q=The picker isn't recognize the rig controls ?
S= Open the picker and click on the "preferences" tab and check the "display namespace toolbar", and will appear it , so you must assign the correct rig namespace
2) Q= Can I use the picker with different webbig rigs ?
S= Yes, you can. You only duplicate the rig (or reference) and in the display namespace toolbar the rig control namespace will have duplicated and you can use it with multiple webbing rig
3) Q= Can I improve or edit the picker?
S= Yes you can, Just like you, me also did the picker because I want to help another one to improve him process. If you do, please share it.
4) For use it with others rigs or another questions about the use of the web rig or spiderman rig you must ask to rig creator, I'm only did the picker (:
